Frequently asked questions

  • Ordering Guide

    Find an item that you wish to purchase.
    Add the item to your cart by clicking on “Add to cart”. You can continue shopping and altering the items on Cart page.
    After you have added all the desired items to your cart, click on “Proceed to checkout”.

    1. Delivery address: During the checkout procedure, you will be asked to provide: "Shipping address"
    2. Select delivery method:

    • Registered Airmail (Default)
    • EMS World (Express)

    3. Select payment methodod (Pay online using credit/debit card through Paypal)
    4. Review your order, To finalize your order, Optional to fill in the "Your special request" message box if you have any inquiries. For example "Billing Address" (in case Shipping and Billing are difference) or you can attach any file. The click "Place Order",  your order has been successfully accepted.

    After the placement, you will receive an automatic confirmation Email from "QwaveSystems

  • Payment

    “Thank you for your order“ page redirect to Paypal website to make a payment , Log-in using your Paypal account, which will jump to a page should have a link with “Pay Now“. to Qwave-Systems account (amornthep@qwavesys.com)

    If you DO NOT wish to pay immediately, proceed from the link sent in the confirmation Email upon placement at your preference.
    To complete the payment, kindly click on the “Make Payment“, which will jump to PayPal’s website, where you can pay via PayPal or credit card.

    Please be aware that your order will be cancelled if you do not pay within 7 days.

  • Shipping

    We will pack and ship your order upon payment confirmation.
    Dispatch Time:
    If we confirm your payment by 3:00 PM JST on our normal business days, shipment will be arranged on the next day. Shipment may delay due to excessive orders.
    We are on Thaialnd Standard Time (JST), 7 hours ahead of Greenwich Mean Time (GMT+7).
    After dispatch, you will receive an E-mail with traceable tracking number. Online tracking service available here. Track & Trace system website.

    Registered AIRMAIL (Default) usually take 10-14 days for EU, 14-21 days for USA, Canada. For others countries will take more than 21 days.
    EMS World (Express) usually take 3-5 days for EU, USA, Canada. For others countries will take more than 5 days.

  • Courier: Registered Airmail & EMS (A service of the Thailand Post Service)

    All orders will be shipped by Registered Airmail (by Default) with exception.

Please check here for detailed list.NOTE: Due to the nature of international logistics, there are cases where specific locations in some Registered Airmail covered countries are not available for  shipping.

  • Tax & Duty
    • The ordered items are subject to customs duty and VAT.
    • Duty and VAT are not included in the final price of your order.
    • Purchasers are responsible for paying any taxes required by the statute at delivery.
  • International Order Restriction

    Q-Wave Systems reserves the right to decline shipment of any order to any country or region at its sole discretion. There are cases where we may have to ask you your intended use of ordered items before shipping.

  • Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

    Dead on Arrival (DOA Returns)

    We make sure that all products are handled with extreme care, however if by any remote chance, the products arrives damaged or dead, we will replace it with sincerity. Please contact us by replying to our order confirmation Email within 30 days of receipt. We cover the shipping cost for all DOA returns.


    We respond to every order as fast as we can, which means you will be left with a limited period of time to cancel. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled for any reason. If you do decide to cancel, please contact us by replying to the order confirmation Email. We will let you know if the cancellation is acceptable or not. If the cancellation has been approved, the payment for your order will be fully refunded.


    If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unopened, or defective product. To process your return, contact us by replying to the order confirmation Email within 7 days of receipt. We will notify you if we can accept the return. You can return your package to us at your own expense upon acceptance.

    Returned item should have the original packaging and tags and should be in the same condition as when it was received. Please be warned that USED items cannot be returned unless dead-on-arrival.

    Shipping charges are not refundable unless delivered item is damaged or dead. Once we have verified and approved the condition of the returned item, we will refund you in the original form and amount of payment with subtracted shipping and handling fees.


    We will process your refund within 30 business days upon acceptance of your refund request. The time needed for receiving your credited refund may vary depending on the form of payment.

  • Privacy Policy

    We may use your personal information provided to us at order placement for the following purposes:

    • To contact you about your order and payment confirmations and deliveries
    • To notify you in case we find crucial problems with the items you purchased
    • To provide you shortcut for entering your information during order placement
    • To collect information in the effort for provision of better promotional activities

    We may disclose your personal information to third parties in the following cases:

    • To couriers for delivery of ordered items
    • To couriers for delivery of printed materials for sales promotion
    • When an online descriptions regarding the production such as user information and other related parties is needed to the manufacturers.
    • For statutory requirements

  • Do you have a physical shop?

    No. We only have an online store and do not have a shop function at our office location in Thailand.
    If you wish to pick up your order at our office, please contact us beforehand to fix an appointment. In either case, we do not accept cash payment in our office.

  • Are there any other online stores that I can purchase Q-Wave Systems Original products?

    No. Currently, we are considering the ways to expand our sales on a global platform, we do not have a distribution system yet. If you wish to become a  distributor or wish to purchase a large quantity, please contact amornthep@qwavesys.com.

  • Can you ship using FedEx or DHL?

    Yes. However, all our products are basically shipped by a service of the Thailand Post Service. If you prefer shipping other than Registered Airmail or EMS, kindly fill in the "Special Request" message box at the “confirmation page” and let us know your intentions. You will need an account tagged to your delivery address to process the shipping.

  • How do I pay?

    The ordering process will complete by executing the payment. Payment can be made via Paypal or credit card. Please go to the payment link which will appear after placing the order or find the link in confirmation Email sent upon placement.

  • How do I track my order?

    Online tracking service available at Track & Trace system website.

  • Why was my package undeliverable?

    Please use the tracking facility for status. If the package status is shown as undeliverable, please call your local post office and quote your tracking number to trace your package. In case your order is shipped back to us, we will contact you immediately to ask of your intentions, whether you want a re-ship or a refund.

  • Do you have TAX free/refund?

    No. Tax refund is currently not available at our shop.

  • Will you answer questions on how to use and customize the items purchased on your site?

    No, we do not provide such technical consultation services. We will, however continue to endeavor to make sure that the quality of our products are satisfactory for all of our customers. 
    Please utilize documentation, specification, datasheets, software, design files etc.. effectively on each product page.

  • Can you ship my order as a “gift“ to avoid customs duties?

    No. We will NOT ship the ordered items as a gift unless they are truly for that intended use. 
    We also do NOT put a lower value on your invoice to avoid customs duties.
